Save a cleaning charge, RETURN IT CLEAN!
***Deposit will be refunded if equipment is returned empty, rinsed, and undamaged.
$50.00 deposit required for the rental of backpack sprayers. $200.00 deposit on all other spray equipment. $50.00 per day fee if equipment is not returned by date specified.
Deposit will be refunded if equipment is returned empty and rinsed. NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH CHEMICAL REMAINING IN THE TANK.
All equipment is to be checked out for a specific time period. If equipment is not returned within date specified, deposit will be withheld and fees will be charged.
Equipment should be reserved in advance, if possible.
All patrons checking out equipment will be held responsible for any damage occurring while in their possession, with the exception of normal use. If damage does occur, patron must pay for repairs or replacement.
Patrons will be billed for damaged equipment or material. Any bills not settled within 90 days will be filed in Small Claims Court and patron will assume the expense of filing in addition to the price of materials.
Patrons who abuse loan periods for equipment may be denied further loan privileges.
Calibration of equipment is the responsibility of patrons.
Use chemicals only as recommended on the label and follow instructions as outlined.
Hold Uinta County Weed & Pest harmless from liability in case of accident or property damage resulting from use of this equipment.
