Rarely occur in Uinta County at catastrophic levels. Management areas will be established to minimize the impact to private landowners. Pesticides will be provided with a 50% cost share. Education materials available.

Rarely occur in Uinta County at catastophic levels. Management areas will be established to minimize the impact to private landowners. Pesticides will be provided with a 50% cost share. Education materials available.
Prairie Dogs
Rodenticides provided at 50% cost share. Materials would need to be pre-ordered. Education materials available. Landowners woudl be advised of regulations regarding their control.
MOUNTAIN PINE BEETLE
Education materials available. Product could be pre- ordered to be made available at a 50% cost share for insecticides.
BEAT LEAFHOPPER
Not applicable. This species is not found in Uinta County. Pesticides would be provided at wholesale price if it became necessary and education materials would be made available.
MOSQUITOES
Money provided from the Uinta County Weed and Pest District to the Uinta County budget to assisst the county in the program.
